8 ounces fat free cream cheese |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon lemon zest |
5 cups fruit |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth. 2. Mix in fruit. 3. Spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight. 4. Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes. 5. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined plates. |
