From 1001 More Low Fat Recipes. The fruit can be drained crushed pineapple, fresh/frozen/canned strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries or peaches.
Ingredients:
8 ounces fat free cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
5 cups fruit
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and lemon zest together in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Mix in fruit.
3. Spread in a 11 by 7 inch baking dish and freeze until firm, 8 hours or overnight.
4. Let stand at room temperature until softened enough to cut, 10-15 minutes.
5. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce lined plates.
