Warm fruit salad? Blah! I love the texture of frozen fruit on a hot summer day instead of mushy, room temperature fruit! Ingredients:
1/4 cup frozen blueberries |
1/4 cup frozen pineapple tidbits |
1/4 cup frozen mango, chunks |
1/4 cup frozen strawberries |
1/4 cup plain yogurt |
1/4 teaspoon stevia |
walnuts (chopped) |
Directions:
1. Place frozen fruit in a serving bowl. 2. Top fruit with yogurt. 3. Stir to coat. 4. Sprinkle with Stevia and walnuts. 5. Serve immediately. |
