I just made these last night. I used frozen berries as our apples were claimed for only eating. I don't recommend berries if you want a smooth ice pop. Ingredients:
2 cups fruit (watermelon, strawberries, apples, peaches, etc) |
1 tbsp sugar |
1 tsp lime juice (or lemon) |
Directions:
1. Cut the fruit into little chunks. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Add sugar and lime juice, mix well. 4. Pour into popsicle trays or ice cube trays (I used this). 5. Freeze until frozen, remove and serve. |
