Impressive and delicious may also be served in dessert goblets ! And Easy Ingredients:
1, 8 or 9 inch baked graham cracker crust |
1, 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk ( not evaporated ) |
1, 8 oz container of whipped topping, thawed ( or whipped cream ) |
6 to 8 tbs. of fresh or bottled key lime juice |
grated fresh lime peel |
Directions:
1. Simply combine well the whipped topping, condensed milk and key lime juice to taste. 2. Mound and swirl into pie shell. 3. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. 4. Cut into slices to serve. 5. The filling is firm but not hard- wonderful texture! 6. This is a fabulous tasting pie. 7. Garnish with fresh grated lime peel. 8. The filling can also be used to fill individual tartlets or used alone for a frozen type of mousse dessert and present in goblets. |
