Great for storing Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage |
1 green pepper |
1 large carrot |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon dried mustard |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. Chop vegetables, sprinkle with salt. Let stan one hour. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Cool. Pour over cabbage and mix. Stir well. Freeze in plastic freezer bags. To serve. 3. Thaw in refrig. |
