Easy to make and the taste is great! **This needs to freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.** Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/3 cup baking cocoa |
1/3 cup milk |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 (9 inch) baked pie crusts |
chocolate curls (optional) or chocolate chips (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. 2. Add cocoa alternately with milk; mix well. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Pour into pie shell. 5. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight. 6. If desired, garnish with chocolate curls or chips. 7. Serve directly from the freezer (pie does not need to be thawed to cut). 8. **Freeze time not included in cook time. |
