This one makes a great high-protein treat for those in the puree/mushy phase but is good enough for everyone in the house to enjoy! This came from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1 fage greek yogurt (1 small container) |
4 tablespoons cool whip lite |
1 cup light cherry pie filling |
splenda sugar substitute |
1 scoop designer whey vanilla almond protein powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients using a hand blender to break down the cherries. 2. Pour into individual cups. 3. Freeze. |
