From TOH Quick Cooking May/June 2001. Cooking time is freezing time. Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 1/2 cups cherry pie filling |
2 cups whipped topping |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the pie filling and whipped topping until blended. Spoon into crust. 2. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving. |
