An easy dessert to make ahead and thaw slightly before serving. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes |
1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup milk |
1 (3 ounce) package butterscotch pudding mix |
2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream |
Directions:
1. Sprinkle first three ingredients in square cake dish. 2. Save a few for the topping. 3. Filling:. 4. Beat milk, pudding and ice cream. 5. Place into dish. 6. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. 7. Freeze for 2 hours. |
