Ingredients:
1/2 cup cracked ice |
1 pony (1 ounce) heavy cream |
1 pony (1 ounce) brandy |
1 pony (1 ounce) crème de cacao |
1/2 pony (1/2 ounce) irish velvet (an irish liqueur made of coffee and whiskey) |
Directions:
1. In a blender, blend cracked ice, heavy cream, brandy, crème de cacao and Irish Velvet for 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled 8-ounce stemmed glass and sprinkle it with unsweetened cocoa powder. |
