Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1/2 cup cubed soft silken tofu
2 -3 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen (about 1 1/2 cups)
ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Place first 5 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth and frothy.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
