The kids and I love this one in the summertime. If you always keep some bananas frozen in a freezer bag you can put this together in no time. Healthy and tasty. Prep time does not include freeze time.
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
2 cups seeded watermelon
1 cup apple juice
Directions:
1. In a blender pour the apple juice and add the frozen bananas.
2. Add the chunks of watermelon.
3. Blend on high until the consistency of a drink.
