Pineapple slices topped with ice cream and toppings. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple slices, drained |
1 scoop orange sherbet or 1 scoop vanilla ice cream |
apricot preserves |
sliced roasted almonds |
Directions:
1. Place 1 pineapple slice on each dessert plate; top each with a scoop of sherbet. Cut 1 side of each remaining pineapple slice, twist and place on sherbet. Drizzle preserves on each serving; sprinkle with almonds. |
