Incrdibly easy and delicous fluffy peach pie!! Looks beautiful. TOH, recipe Ingredients:
1 cup sliced fresh or frozen peaches, divided |
2 cups (16 ounces) peach yogurt |
1 carton (8 ounces) whipped topping, thawed |
1 graham cracker crust (8 inches) |
Directions:
1. Finely chop half of the peaches; place in a bowl. 2. Stir in the yogurt. 3. Fold in whipped topping. 4. Spoon into the crust. 5. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until firm. 6. Refrigerate for 45 minutes before slicing. 7. Top with remaining peaches. 8. Yield: 8 servings. |
