I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from All You magazine. Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice or 1 cup other fruit juice |
2 tablespoons benefiber fiber supplement |
1 banana |
2 cups frozen fruit, of your choice (peaches, berries, melon, or whatever you have) |
Directions:
1. Place the juice and benefiber in a blender and blend 30 seconds. 2. Add the banana and blend until smooth. 3. Blend in the frozen fruit. |
