1 pound braunschweiger |
1/2 teaspoon dried sweet basil |
1 clove garlic, minced |
3 tablespoons dried minced onion |
blend well; shape into a ball, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill at least 4 hours. |
frost with a mixture of |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce, or to taste |
1 teaspoon mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Spread over ball. Decorate with chopped nuts or sliced olives or roll in fresh chopped parsley. Place on a small platter of curly endive to serve. |
