Frosted peppermint cream recpie Ingredients:
1 egg white |
400 -420 g icing sugar |
2 teaspoons peppermint extract |
2 teaspoons food coloring |
1 teaspoon glycerin |
300 g caster sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat egg white until frothy. 2. Add icing sugar and mix with wooden spoon. 3. Add peppermint essence and glycerin. 4. Add food coloring. 5. Knead into dough. 6. Roll out and cut into shapes 7. Coat in caster sugar for a frosted effect. |
