A recipe using frosted flakes as a coating for baked chicken. Ingredients:
2 -3 lbs roasting chickens, cut up |
1/2 cup melted butter |
2 cups frosted flakes |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Dip chicken in melted butter. 2. Roll chicken in frosted flakes, garlic and pepper. 3. Place pieces of chicken skin side up not touching on a greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs. 4. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until done. |
