You can double this thick, icy concoction to serve a crowd; just be sure to prepare it in batches. Spoon immediately into frosty pitchers for serving-it melts quickly. Ingredients:
3 cups coffee ice cream |
1/4 cup hot fudge topping |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
3 cups small ice cubes |
garnish: maraschino cherries with stems |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process just until blended, stopping once to scrape down sides. Turn blender on high; gradually add ice, blending until smooth. Garnish, if desired. Serve immediately. |
