Frosted Cauliflower Supreme |

2 heads of cauliflower, steamed, then frosted and baked in oven for 15 minutes. Sliced in wedges and garnished with parsley before serving. Great with pork. Ingredients:
2 medium heads cauliflower |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2-1/4 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten |
Directions:
1. Steam or simmer cauliflower heads for about 15 minutes or until it is crisp tender 2. Blend together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes 3. Add the stiffly beaten egg whites to the mayonnaise mixture 4. Frost cauliflowers with the mayonnaise-egg white mixture 5. Place in baking pan 6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until frosting begins to brown 7. Remove cauliflower to serving dish 8. Before serving, cut into pie-shaped wedges and garnish with fresh parsley |
