Ingredients:
2 cups brewed espresso (or very strong brewed coffee), chilled
2 cups vanilla no-added-sugar, fat-free ice cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Sprinkle each serving with cinnamon, if desired.
