This is one of those dessert pizzas you can't just eat one piece of. The brownie crust and creamy peanut butter frosting along with its crunchy toppings make it a must have. My daycare kids love this, but be careful as it is really rich! Read more ! Ingredients:
2 squares (1-oz.each) unsweetened chocolate |
1/2 cup butter(no substitutes) |
1 cup sugar |
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
2 eggs, well beaten |
frosting |
1 cup confectioners sugar |
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract |
2-4 tbsp. milk |
toppings |
3/4 cup plain m&m's |
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted |
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter, chocolate and sugar. 2. Remove from the heat; stir in flour until smooth. 3. Add eggs and beat until smooth. 4. Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. 6. Cool completely. 7. For frosting, in a mixing bowl, beat sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and enough milk to achieve desired spreading consistency. 8. Spread over brownie crust. 9. Top with M&M's, coconut and pecans. |
