If you like bananas, this is for you. Very moist and tasty! Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup banana pulp (about 3 ripe bananas) |
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. 2. Add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. 3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. 4. Stir in the bananas. 5. Spread into a greased sheet cake pan (15x10x1-inch). 6. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. 7. Cool. 8. I put a cream cheese frosting on this. |
