From a cookbook I picked up at Half Price Books. Ingredients:
6 ounces apricot gelatin |
2 cups boiling water |
1/4 cup sugar |
1 (6 ounce) jar apricot junior baby food |
1/4 cup pecans, chopped |
1 (12 ounce) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Stir well and chill. |
