From the Shoe Box Mom's Tuna Spread

Really simple spread for crackers, (I like crackers with toasted sesame seeds or cracked wheat for this spread) I have no idea where this recipe came from, it is one of Mom's shoe box recipes. Be sure to serve cold - chill about 3-4 hours.
Ingredients:
3 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (use more or less if you prefer.)
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder (or 1/2 teaspoon onion juice)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
