From a great cooking class I took in Morton, Illinois. Ingredients:
1 ounce red wine vinegar |
1 ounce balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
6 ounces canola oil |
1/2 teaspoon fresh sage |
1/2 teaspoon fresh basil |
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Mince herbs. Measurements are approximate. Use appropriate amount to match your taste. 2. Combine vinegars and mustard. 3. Gently whisk in oil. 4. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. |
