Radish salad. Ingredients:
5 red radishes, trimmed and chopped |
1 roma tomato, seeded and chopped |
1 tablespoon mint, finely chopped |
1 lime, juiced |
salt (i do add more then less, radishes really zing when you add a bit of salt) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste (retaste prior to serving). 2. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, stir, and serve alongside some bread or corn-cakes. |
