Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin or 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions:
1. peel and chop the avocado, place in a medium bowl, then mash with a fork, stir in yogurt, lemon juice, and spice.
2. Serve with cut up raw vegetables.
