1 ripe avocado |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin or 1/4 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. peel and chop the avocado, place in a medium bowl, then mash with a fork, stir in yogurt, lemon juice, and spice. 2. Serve with cut up raw vegetables. |
