my chilie recipe tasty, hot Ingredients:
1 pound cooked and shredded chicken |
1 pound beef stew meat browned and drained |
1 package 3 alarm chili |
5 cloves garlic minced |
2 - 15 oz cans red kidney beans with the liquid |
1 large purple onion sliced |
3 celery ribs chopped |
1 green bell pepper chopped |
1 red bell pepper chopped |
2 large cans rotel tomatoes with chilie |
1 large can tomato sauce |
2 avacados |
Directions:
1. saute the onion,peppers,celery. till tender 2. combine all except the avacados 3. add a little hot water to chili 4. in a large pot. bring to boil and simmer 5. the 3 alarm package has cayene pepper in it 6. your option to use or no 7. simmer for 40 minutes serve in bowls 8. with the avacoado sliced on top 9. shred some sharp cheddar on the top |
