Frittata with leftovers

Ingredients:
8 whole(s) eggs beaten
1/4 cup(s) shredded cheese
1/4 cup(s) milk
1/2 whole(s) onion diced
cooking spray to coat pan
Directions:
1. Dice leftover veggies or meat. Saute onion and leftovers. Meanwhile beat eggs, add milk, salt & pepper. Add sauteed veggies to egg mixture. Return all to pan. Stir, bringing up sides to middle as they cook until eggs firm up. Let sit and cook, cover if needed. Lift up side of frittata - once brown, use a plate to flip frittata over and cook through.
