This recipe was given to me at a campout . My friend made this for the potluck. It was a hit all around. Ingredients:
2 -16 ounces whole kernel corn |
1 red pepper |
1 yellow pepper |
1 green pepper |
1 cup green onion |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup cheese |
9 3/4 ounces fritos corn chips |
Directions:
1. Drain canned corn. Dice peppers and green onion. Put in a large bowl and add mayonaise , you could increase this to 1 cup and cheese. Just before serving add the Fritos. The recipe calls for chili cheese Fritos. |
