Handley Methodist Church Cookbook Ingredients:
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated |
2 (15 ounce) cans chili, heated |
1 onion, chopped |
1 (12 ounce) package fritos corn chips, crushed |
1 (10 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup |
Directions:
1. Cover bottom of a 13 x 9 pan with a layer of Fritoes, sprinkle with onion, then cheese. 2. Pour heated chili on top of that. 3. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top of chili (need at least three layers). 4. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. 5. Omit cheese soup if a drier casserole is preferred. |
