Refried Pinto Beans just like my mother makes them......the old fashion way
Ingredients:
4 cups pinto beans (boiled)
3 teaspoons lard
4 ounces monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Boil 4 cups pinto beans in water for 2 hours until soft and tender.
2. heat u p a skillet add lard and heat until almost smoking.
3. add beans and heat up until they reach a hard boil. Mash and continue to boil for about 3 minuets.
4. Serve and add cheese to taste. Eat with either corn or flour tortillas.
