Fries With Parsley Butter |

This is as close as I can get to some fries I had at Applebee's. You can make your own fries or use frozen. Ingredients:
28 ounces steak-style french fries |
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pats |
1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
sea salt |
Directions:
1. Cook fries according to package directions or make your own from scratch. 2. Just before they're done, combine butter, parsley and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat until butter is melted. 3. Drain fries on paper bags and place in a bowl. 4. Salt the fries while they're hot. 5. Pour parsley butter on top and toss gently to coat. |
