This is the most delicious way to prepare zucchini that I've ever had. As a kid I would always ask my mom for seconds. Ingredients:
2 zucchini |
1 tbsp olive oil |
garlic powder (to taste) |
salt (to taste) |
black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Peel, and thinly slice zucchini. 2. Warm oil in skillet over medium heat, add zucchini. 3. Season to taste after the zucchini begins to soften. 4. Cook until translucent, or desired firmness. |
