This dish puts a spin on the old French Fries Ingredients:
2 bags of goya yuca, cut into steak fry size |
inland cuban sauce |
1/2 cup best-quality mayonnaise |
3 cloves roasted garlic, pureed |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a large pot with oil heated to at least 350 degrees, fry yuca until golden brown season with salt and pepper when hot. Serve yuca with the island sauce on top. |
