Fried Vegetable And Garlic Dressing |

Fry vegetable with garlic dressing, very warm salad Japanese style. You can use any vegetable what you like. Ingredients:

1 medium aubergine (eggplant) |
1 medium carrot |
10 okra (gumbo) |
+++dressing |
1 tablespoon grated garlic |
1 tablespoon grated ginger |
3 tablespoon finely chopped spring onion |
6 tablespoon rice vinegar |
6 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoon sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all dressing ingredients well in large bowl 2. ++++ 3. Cut vegetable like a small sticks (same size of okra) 4. Put some vegetable oil and sesame oil into frying pan with medium heat and fry vegetable 5. Drain the oil and soak them into bowl stir them sometime until cool enough 6. Cover the bowl with cling film or put lid on the bowl 7. And place it in fridge for at least 2 hours |
