Another great recipe I found online. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil |
6 eggs |
1/2-1 tablespoon sumac |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Break the eggs carefully into the pan. (Try not to break the yoke). 2. Sprinkle with sumac, salt, & pepper. Continue to fry the egg until the white part is no longer runny & the yoke is done to your preference. |
