Fried Squid With Sriracha Sauce |

From Paurin Sangpatson at Madison Middle School. Ingredients:
1 -2 tablespoon fish sauce |
1 lb fresh squid |
sriracha sauce |
8 -10 pieces garlic |
20 pieces peppercorns |
2 roots burdock root |
1 -2 tablespoon sugar |
1/3 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Clean squid, cut into pieces. Place squid on the grill and cook until there is no water in the squid. Mix burdock, peppercorn and garlic. Pour oil into a pan and add burdock mixture to this. Cook for several minutes, stirring constantly. Add squid. Mix fish sauce, sugar and Sriracha Sauce and add to pan mixture. Serve at once over rice or noodles. |
