Ingredients:
2 cups yellow squash
1/2 cup onions
1/4 cup corn meal
1/8 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Slice or dice squash and onion (optional).
2. Salt and pepper cornmeal.
3. Toss vegetables with corn meal and fry in hot oil till lightly browned.
