Yummy, old fashioned recipe. Ingredients:
2 cups yellow squash |
1/2 cup onions |
1/4 cup corn meal |
1/8 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Slice or dice squash and onion (optional). 2. Salt and pepper cornmeal. 3. Toss vegetables with corn meal and fry in hot oil till lightly browned. |
