Spinach and Romano cheese. Ingredients:
1 box frozen spinach |
1/4 cup uncooked rice |
1/2 cup romano cheese |
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
3 large eggs |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. 1- Boil frozen spinach and drain well. Hand squeeze off excess water from spinach. 2. 2- Cook rice until done and rinse rice well. Drain and hand squeeze off excess water. 3. 3- Mix together spinach, rice, eggs, salt and pepper. Add Romano cheese and bread crumbs. Mix well 4. 4- Make small thin patties out of batter and fry in a little oil until both sides are brown. |
