This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Duncan Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1997. Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh spinach |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Wash spinach thoroughly and drain off excess water. 2. Heat oil in a large saucepan. 3. Add spinach and fry over fierce heat for 1 minute stirring constantly. 4. Add salt and soy sauce then mix well and cook gently for 1 minute longer. |
