Frying spinach is the only way I can get my family to eat it This recipe is seriously savory! Ingredients:
1 (12 fluid ounce) can spinach, drained |
1 egg |
1/4 cup milk |
1 tablespoon bacon bits |
Directions:
1. Place spinach in a large skillet. 2. Whisk egg, milk and bacon bits together in a small bowl, then pour mixture into the skillet with spinach. Cook over a medium-low heat; stirring frequently until most of the moisture is absorbed into the spinach. Serve warm. |
