1/3 cup olive oil
8 medium garlic cloves, thinly sliced lengthwise
Directions:
1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add garlic slices to skillet and fry until just golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
