This is a Burmese recipe I found on the web. Servings and time is an estimate. Ingredients:
500 g shelled shrimp |
2 medium onions |
1 green chili pepper |
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro |
flour |
salt |
oil |
Directions:
1. Mince the shrimps through the fine blade of a mincer. 2. Chop very finely the onions, chili and coriander. 3. Mix with the other ingredients. 4. Shape into little balls and roll in flour to coat. 5. Heat oil in a frying pan and shallow fry balls until golden. |
