FRIED RICE WITH LOBSTER This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Crawford Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1982. Ingredients:
1 small lobster |
1 egg |
2 cups cooked rice |
2 fresh or canned mushrooms diced |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 diced peeled water chestnut |
Directions:
1. Boil lobster for 10 minutes then remove and dice meat. 2. Scramble egg in a hot greased skillet until slightly brown. 3. Mix lobster, egg and remaining ingredient then fry in oil for 5 minutes. |
