A tasty and savory rice dish. Ingredients:
1 cup long grain rice |
1 package onion soup mix |
1 can mushroom (with liquid) |
3 tablespoons oil |
2 cups boiling water |
3 celery ribs, diced |
3 -4 tablespoons soya sauce |
garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a 3 quart casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes. |
