Ingredients:
2 eggs beaten |
1 teaspoon(s) soy sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) veg oil |
1 can(s) clove garlic |
1 tablespoon(s) veg oil |
1 stalk(s) celery thin sliced |
1 carrot shredded |
1/2 cup(s) frozen peas |
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
2 green onions sliced |
3-4 cup(s) cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs and 1 tsp soy sauce 2. Pour 1 tsp oil into wok. Add garlic and egg mixture stir to scramble. Remove from Wok. 3. Pour 1 tbs oil in wok - stir fry celery for 2 minutes. 4. Add rice, carrot and peas and chicken. Sprinkle with 2 tbs soy sauce. Cook and stir for 4-6 minutes. Add cooked eg mixture and green onions cook 1 more minute until heated through 5. cal 141 |
