This dish puts a garlicky spin on the left-over rice favorite. Goes perfectly with fried squid or fish (dried or fresh) with black coffee. My family absolutely loves it! Ingredients:
3 cups left over rice |
1 medium sized onion |
5 cloves garlic |
1/3 cup butter |
margarine |
1 pc carrot diced |
2 eggs |
4 pcs hot-dogs diced or ham |
250g shrimp (shell-off) |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Set the frying pan to medium heat 2. melt the butter 3. saute garlic and onion 4. add diced carrot, ham/hot-dog and shrimp 5. stir fry until shrimp changed color 6. set-aside in the frying pan 7. break 2 pieces of egg 8. mix it well then add the left-over rice 9. add salt and pepper to taste 10. stir fry for 15 minutes 11. serve hot! good for me and my wife ^_^ |
