Fried Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice
1 cup green beans
1 carrot
1/2 zucchini
5 mushrooms
3 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp olive oil
Directions:
1. Steam carrot and green beans
2. dice all veg
3. Fry all veg with one tsp oil.
4. Add additional tsp oil, fry rice.
5. Add soy sauce
